Leaflet illustrates the main findings from the survey conducted within the project no. CZ.3.01.2012.221.002, entitled Performance measurement systems in Czech organizations.
Analysis describes the main performance indicators that Czech organizations monitor to evaluate their own performance. Results describe the selected indicators in seven areas: financial indicators, indicators related to customers, employees, operational processes and innovation, as well as indicators of the quality of products orservices and those related to corporate social responsibility. Data published in this leaflet is based on a sample of Czech organizations that was selected by stratified random sampling; 331 telephone interviews (CATI) were conducted.
