SOFTWARE HEALTH CONSCIOUSNESS MONITORING This software application enables to monitor the extent of health consciousness of the tested individuals. Application is designed as a self-assessment tool that uses the pre-defined set of indicators and measures the four dimensions of health consciousness, i.e. overall alertness, self-consciousness, involvement and self-monitoring. Software compares the individuals’ score with overall benchmark for the Czech population and enables to identify the most significant biases in health consciousness of the tested individuals. EVALUATION OF SKIN CANCER RISK A software application enables measuring the perceived risk and severity of skin cancer from an individual viewpoint and as such it provides an individual’s overall view of the risk and severity of skin cancer presented on the basis of a skin cancer risk index. In addition to a summary skin cancer risk index, this application specifies the values in the individual dimensions that constitute the index. DIAGNOSING PATIENT SELF-ADVOCACY A software application measures the intensity of patients’ self-advocacy, i.e. their approach to treatment proposed by their general practitioner. Patient self-advocacy is based on three dimensions. These are the amount of information about the disease, the ability to express one’s own opinion on the disease and its treatment, and the ability and intensity of rejecting treatment proposed by the general practitioner. |
