The enlightening session took place at an engaging workshop hosted by Mendelu. The event highlighted the critical role that Generation Z plays in household food waste. Proudly supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, this initiative is part of the SIGMA program: “Promoting behavioral change in Generation Z and designing interventions to prevent food waste, including evaluation of their impact” (reg. no.
